Volkswagen Group, France
January 2007 Lalesse Europe will start with the modification of the first 2 of the 10 automatic warehouse cranes at Volkswagen France. During the modification the Siemens SPS 5 will be replaced by Siemens SPS 7 and also the driving and hoisting regulators will be replaced. 
After the modification the two warehouse cranes will be upgraded using the latest technology in the field of PLC- and motion control. 

Eaton Electric N.V., Hengelo
Order to upgrade the automatic miniload warehouse crane at Eaton Electric.  Part of the upgrade is the replacement of the hoisting and driving regulators.

ODS B.V.,  Ridderkerk
In cooperation with BloxxIT, Lalesse Europe received an order for the delivery of an 11-meter high straight going double mast warehouse crane with StoreVision standard Hardware/Software at ODS B.V. Ridderkerk. The warehouse crane will be equipped with a special load-handling device for trays. The existing installation will be taken apart after the new warehouse crane is installed. In that way standstill will be kept to a minimum.  Delivery of this project is planned for middle October 2007.

Westfalische Lebensmittelwerke Lindemann GmbH & Co. KG, Germany
The, by a third party delivered, automatic warehouse crane will be upgraded using the latest technology in the field. The upgrade consist a.o. :

  • Rebuild of the main switchboard cabinet;
  • Rebuild of the motors and regulators for driving and hoisting;
  • Replacement of switchboard on the crane;
  • Modernize satellite.

Amtel-Vredestein, Voronezh, Rusland
Around March 2007 Lalesse Europe BV is going to install two automatic curve driving warehouse cranes including CTC (Crane Traffic Control) software at Amtel-Vredestein in Voronezh, Rusland. The warehouse cranes will be equipped with a special load-handling device for the input and output of calendar rolls.

TKD Logistics GmbH, Germany
Lalesse Europe BV received the order to upgrade the automatic warehouse crane of TKD Logistics from SPS 5 to naar SPS S7.  Also the TCP/IP communication will be changed from Netcom communication to communication via RF.

Knipping Verbindungstechnik GmbH, Germany
Order for the upgrade of the automatic warehouse crane. The upgrade consist of the conversion of the DC motors to new AC motors and also the Simatic S5 will be upgraded to Simatic S7

Fuji Hunt, Sint Niklaas, Belgium
The two automatic warehouse cranes of Fuji Hunt will be adjusted to handle the new, more heavy pallets. The warehouse cranes will be adjusted one by one to so the production process will not be disturbed. 

Volkswagen Group, France
Volkswagen Frankrijk has provided Lalesse Europe BV the order for the extension of the existing automated warehouse. The existing automated warehouse of Volkswagen France will be extended with a eleventh automatic warehouse crane of Lalesse Europe BV.

Ten Cate Protect BV, Nijverdal
Order for the innovation and renovation of the current warehouse crane consisting of:

  • Existing software will be replaced by Crane Traffic Control software
  • Conversion DC motors to new AC motors
  • Upgrade of Simatic S5 to Simatic S7

RHQ Afnorth, Brunssum
Order for the upgrade of the PLC soft- and hardware from S5 to S7, including the crane switchboard. Also the existing warehouse control software will be replaced by the latest warehouse control software, the Crane Traffic Control, of Lalesse Europe BV.
