Rebuild of 2 existing warehouse cranes
After 15 years satisfactorily work the 2 warehouse cranes will be upgraded to work another 15 years even more satisfactorily. The rebuild contains the conversion of the DC Motors to AC Motors, the upgrade of the Siemens SPS 5 to Siemens SPS 7 and communication via RF/Wlan.

Modernization existing warehouse crane.
The existing automatic warehouse crane will be completely modernized with the latest available technologies in the field. The reconstruction includes among others the reconstruction of the DC Motors to AC Motors, the replacement of the Siemens SPS 5 to Siemens SPS 7 and communication via RF/Wlan.

Van der Wiel, Drachten
Conveyor system in bridge for SCA Hoogezand
In cooperation with the companies Van der Wiel and Apollo, Lalesse will build a bridge with a conveyor system inside for the company SCA in Hoogezand.

Siemens AG, Bocholt, Germany
Another Lalesse warehouse crane for Siemens . After the completion of a by Lalesse delivered automatic switch driving warehouse crane including a 4 aisle rail track in 2007, Siemens has ordered Lalesse for the establishment of the second automatic warehouse. The order contains a 8 meter high straight going warehouse crane, 52 meter rail track and a main switch cabinet.

KLM, Schiphol
Moving Honywell warehouse. The Honywell warehouse will be moved to a new warehouse. In the new warehouse the current warehouse crane will be used. The warehouse crane will be hoisted and transported to Lalesse in Doesburg to be modified for the new warehouse. After the modification the warehouse crane will be hoisted into the new warehouse where the new racking and rail track are already installed.

Astellas, Meppel
Replacement existing warehouse cranes. Two new switch driving warehouse cranes will replace the existing warehouse cranes. During the replacement the production and therefore also the warehouse keeps on running. Besides the replacement of the warehouse cranes some adjustments will be made on the rail track and main switch cabinet. The complete software will be replaced and the automated warehouse will be equipped with Wifi, wireless crane control. 

Voortman, Rijssen
New automated warehouse. The new automated warehouse of Voortman will contain a 7-meter high automatic curve going warehouse crane, which will drive around in 2 aisles of 50 meter. The racking, conveyors and software will be delivered by Lalesse as well.

Caterpillar Distribution Services, Grimbergen, Belgium,
The current automated warehouse will be completely upgraded with the latest available technologies in the field. The upgrade consists of replacement Siemens SPS 5 to Siemens SPS 7, replacement of the drive- and hoist regulators, communication via RF/Wlan and replacement of the existing control software.

Dy-pack Verpackungen Gustav Dyckerhoff GmbH, Wenden, Germany
The automated warehouse of Dy-pack will be extended with a second 12-meter high switch driving warehouse crane. The first automatic warehouse crane, the existing rail track and main switch cabinet will also be upgraded to the latest available technologies. The latest control software of Lalesse will replace the currently used control software.
