To be guaranteed of a well running system after the installation, ODS has also concluded a service and maintenance contract with Lalesse. Together with the ordered spare parts package a high availability of the automatic warehouse crane is guaranteed.

Constructor Dexion Holland BV, maintenance flow racks
Constructor Dexion Holland BV has the need to supply an even quicker service to their existing customers. To realise this Constructor Dexion and Lalesse Europe BV have agreed that the service organisation of Lalesse will execute the service and maintenance on the flow racks delivered by Constructor Dexion.

Service and maintenance warehouse systems
Over the last months several customers have conclude a maintenance contract with Lalesse Europe for the maintenance of among others:

• Flow racks
• Paternosters
• Towers
• Carrousels 

Long-term contract Postma & Partners
Postma & Partners and Lalesse Europe have concluded a long-term contract for the delivery of 2 service engineers at Aldipress Duiven. The service engineers go with the shift work the whole year for the maintenance and service on the warehouse system. 

Long-term maintenance contract Leen Bakker Raamsdonksveer
In close consultation with Leen Bakker and Lalesse, Leen Bakker has entered in a long-term service contract for their complete warehouse installation existing of among others:

• 4 aisle changing warehouse cranes with a double load handling device;
• Pallet transport technique;
• Internal transport for the handling of couches.

The various parts of the maintenance contract are:

• Preventive maintenance;
• Stand-by service;
• WMS support;

The in the contract established performances are particular tuned for the installation of Leen Bakker. With this the availability of the system is guaranteed to an optimum. Besides the service Lalesse is also involved in the further optimization of the logistic process.
