Our organization devotes considerable attention to the perfect execution of our service and maintenance policies. This policy aims to prevent failure and solve mechanic and electronic problems quickly.

Execution:
We have an operational helpdesk-system, reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Making this system to function as effectively as possible, there is a close cooperation between our mechatronics, plc specialists and the IT department.

Agreements:
Together with you, agreements are made about the service and maintenance model. This is done in the form of contracts which are the result of the together determined service and maintenance level.

Should it still happens that a failure occurs, our 24/7 –system makes sure the problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

Additional services:
You can also use our additional services. These services consists of among others:

  • Spare parts management
  • Periodic Operational Analysis
  • Service Level Agreements (SLA)

By combining the additional services with a service and maintenance agreement we can guarantee complete control and operational excellence.
