To meet the required capacity a completely new automated cold-store warehouse will be build with the company Pre Pain in Oldenzaal. Also the two existing, former manual cold store warehouses will be reconstructed to completely automated cold store warehouses.  

The equipment of the new-construction warehouse will consist of: 4 aisle dedicated pallet cranes with three shuttles per crane, satellite racking, conveyors and software.

The two warehouse which are going to be reconstructed, will be equipped with part 1, 2 aisle dedicated pallet cranes with a driven conveyor,  pallet flow rack, conveyors and software and part 2, 1 aisle dedicated pallet crane with telescopic fork, conveyors, software and existing racking and shuttles will be re-used.  

The whole project will be completed in 3 phases. Phase 1 is new-construction cold store, phase 2 is the reconstruction of the first manual cold store and phase 3 will be the reconstruction of the 2nd manual cold store.
